Ingredients & Equipment
Raspberry vodka is smooth, tart, and fruity. I used Stoli. Smirnoff or Absolut will work as well.
Raspberry liqueur is sweet and smooth. And it gives this drink a gorgeous color. I used raspberry schnapps. You could use Chambord or any raspberry liqueur you like.
The simple syrup adds sweetness to the cocktail. This mixture of sugar and water is easy to make at home. Check out my simple syrup recipe! Or, for even more berry flavor, use strawberry simple syrup.
Pink champagne or pink sparkling wine adds a sparkling finish and an extra pop of pink.
Fresh raspberries for garnish are the perfect finish for a romantic drink.
You’ll also need ice to chill the drink.
Equipment
- I recommend that you use a cocktail shaker and a cocktail jigger, or a shot glass.
