This love potion cocktail looks fancy but is very easy to make. All you need to do is shake the first 3 ingredients to mix and chill, then top it off with bubbly pink champagne. Make this enchanting cocktail anytime you want a fancy or romantic drink. It’s perfect for Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, and date nights. It’s also a fun drink for a Harry Potter themed party or movie night. Brew up this love potion as a dose of Amortentia and start swooning. 😍

Ingredients & Equipment

Pink champagne, raspberry vodka, raspberry liqueur, simple syrup, fresh raspberries, coupe glasses, a cocktail jigger, a cocktail shaker, and a jar of ice.

Raspberry vodka is smooth, tart, and fruity. I used Stoli. Smirnoff or Absolut will work as well.

Raspberry liqueur is sweet and smooth. And it gives this drink a gorgeous color. I used raspberry schnapps. You could use Chambord or any raspberry liqueur you like.

The simple syrup adds sweetness to the cocktail. This mixture of sugar and water is easy to make at home. Check out my simple syrup recipe! Or, for even more berry flavor, use strawberry simple syrup.

Pink champagne adds a sparkling finish and an extra pop of pink.

Fresh raspberries for garnish are the perfect finish for a romantic drink.

You’ll also need ice to chill the drink.

Equipment

  • I recommend that you use a cocktail shaker and a cocktail jigger, or a shot glass.
  • The best way to serve this love potion drink is in a coupe glass, champagne flute, or martini glass.
