I love using cream cheese as a base for dips. It’s creamy, rich, smooth, tangy, and can be made sweet or savory. For this easy dip, you’ll combine it with fresh strawberries and marshmallow creme. It makes a tasty treat that everyone will love!

I recommend using full-fat cream cheese to make a rich and creamy dip. The cream cheese also adds a tangy cheesecake-like flavor.

Marshmallow creme, aka marshmallow fluff, is light, fluffy, and sweet. Unlike traditional marshmallows, marshmallow creme does not contain gelatin. So, this dip is lacto-ovo vegetarian-friendly.

Strawberry puree is the best way to add a pretty pink color and fresh strawberry flavor to this dip. Follow my recipe for strawberry puree and freeze any leftovers. I make it every spring and keep it in the freezer. It’s like having a taste of summer to enjoy throughout the year. If you don’t want to make strawberry puree, substitute it with ⅓ cup of strawberry jam.

How to Make Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip

Set the cream cheese out to soften at room temperature and thaw your strawberry puree if using frozen.

Fit your hand mixer with the beater attachments. Then add the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff to a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed for about 1 minute, until the mixture it smooth. Then, add the strawberry puree.

Stir in the strawberry puree with a spoon until everything is combined.

Storage

Use the dip immediately or refrigerate until you’re ready to serve it. Store it in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 days.

How to Serve Strawberry Fruit Dip

You can serve it as a snack, dessert, appetizer, or part of a brunch spread. Pair it with your favorite fruits. Or try it with graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies. I love serving it with fresh seasonal strawberries for a double dose of fresh berry flavor. Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese and marshmallow creme to a mixing bowl. Then, use a stand mixer with the beater attachments to mix on medium speed until smooth. It will take about 1 minute.
  2. Add the strawberry puree and stir it in with a spoon until combined.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
