Ingredients

Choose fresh, ripe strawberries and juicy mangoes. They’re a perfect pairing. Be sure to use the freshest fruit available.
Make a sweet and bright dressing with honey, lime juice, and mint. You can leave the mint leaves whole for picky eaters to remove (my son is not a fan of mint).
How to Make it

Combine the lime juice and honey in a large mixing bowl. Then, cut the tops off the strawberries and slice them up.

Next, use a vegetable peeler to peel the mangoes. Then, slice them away from the seed and dice the pieces.

Add the strawberries, mangoes, and mint leaves to the bowl, then gently stir to combine the fruit and coat it with the honey lime dressing.
Serve immediately.
Storage
You can refrigerate leftovers in a covered container for up to 3 days. The strawberry juice will turn the fruit salad pink after it sits, and the fruit will begin to soften.
