Pepperoni Pizza Sliders
These cheesy Hawaiian roll pepperoni pizza sliders are a guaranteed hit! They’re perfect for family dinners, game day, or parties!

My entire family is obsessed with these sliders. I’ve made several test batches to make sure they’re perfect for y’all, and my family is just begging for more. They’re requesting double batches. It’s like the Friends episode when Monica shared candy with the neighbors. The One with all the Candy.
I’ve been serving these for dinner with a healthy raw broccoli salad and fresh berries to combat the richness and make sure we get some balance in our lives.
They’ve already been requested for this year’s Super Bowl, along with hot wings. Yum!
Why it Works
- The parmesan, garlic, and herb topping adds classic pizza flavor.
- Covering the pan with foil and resting before serving keeps the rolls soft and ensures the cheese is perfectly melty.
- Serving the pizza sauce as a dip keeps the rolls from getting soggy.
Ingredients

- A 12-pack of sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls, like King’s. Don’t pull them apart!
- Homemade garlic butter to coat the rolls and add flavor
- Shredded mozzarella and sliced provolone add plenty of cheesy goodness, just like a pizza.
- Plenty of pepperoni is the perfect topping that won’t get soggy.
- A garlic, parmesan, and herb topping that will remind you of Pizza Hut’s breadsticks (in a good way).
- Pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
How to Make them
You’ll need a 9×13 baking dish and a serrated knife.
Preheat the oven to 350℉.

Then, mix the softened butter with garlic powder and salt. Set it aside.

Use a serrated knife to cut the entire thing of rolls in half. Like a giant hamburger bun. A bread knife is helpful for this. Then, spread the insides of both halves with garlic butter.

Grease your baking dish. Then, place the bottom half of the rolls in it. Sprinkle the mozzarella on the bottom, then arrange the pepperonis on top.

Add a layer of provolone, then place the top on. Use the serrated knife to cut it into individual sandwiches.

Mix together the ingredients for the topping.

Then, spread the topping over the sliders. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the sliders rest for 10 minutes before removing the foil.

Serve warm with pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
Make Ahead, Store, and Reheat
You can assemble these up to 1 day in advance. Assemble the sliders and cover the pan with foil. Refrigerate. Then, remove from the fridge and bake before serving.
You probably won’t have any leftovers! These things disappear quickly.
If you have any leftovers, store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat individual sliders in the microwave for 15 seconds, or until hot.
Serving Tips
Pizza sliders are a perfect party food and will disappear quickly. Try them for the Super Bowl, game night, parties, or sleepovers. They’re also a perfect, easy, family-friendly dinner.
