Nothing beats a fresh, summer Southern peach! One of my favorite ways to enjoy the harvest is to mix them with vanilla, honey, and cream like my Mini Peach Tarts.

These easy 3-ingredient popsicles use the same flavor profile to create a simple and wholesome frozen treat.

These simple peaches and cream pops only contain 66 calories per pop! They’re made with real food ingredients and do not contain any artificial sweeteners.

These sweet and creamy popsicles are a perfect kid-friendly snack. But grown-ups love them! Especially since each popsicle is under 100 calories! They’re the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or light dessert.

Take one out on the porch or eat one while hiding from the kids in the bathroom. 🙂 If you make these, try to share them with the kids! No one can resist the flavor of juicy, ripe summer peaches.

Ingredients

Organic whole milk vanilla yogurt, a jar of pure honey, and a peach.

You’ll need one large ripe peach. These popsicles are best made in the summer when peaches are in season. I love yellow freestone peaches from South Carolina!

Mix honey with the peaches to sweeten them. Peaches and honey are a heavenly combo. Use good quality, raw local honey.

Whole milk vanilla yogurt gives these popsicles a creamy texture. Make sure to use whole milk yogurt for the best texture. I love using Stonyfield Organic Probiotic Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt. It tastes great, is very creamy, and contains no artificial sweeteners.

How to Make them

Diced peaches in honey.

First, peel and dice a large, very ripe, peach. Then, place the pieces in a bowl and mix them with the honey.

Let the peaches and honey sit for a few minutes at room temperature while you gather your popsicle molds and get the yogurt ready.

Stirring vanilla yogurt to make it smooth.

Stir the yogurt to make sure it’s smooth and the whey hasn’t separated.

Alternate layers of honeyed peaches and vanilla yogurt in the popsicle molds. Make sure you include the juices from the peaches!

Leave about 1/2 inch of headspace in the molds.

Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze the pops for at least 4 hours, until they are fully frozen.

Once the popsicles are frozen, they are ready to eat! Remove them from their molds and store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

Pro-tip:  Release the popsicle from the mold by holding it under lukewarm running water for a couple of seconds. It will pop right out!
