These easy 3-ingredient popsicles are a perfect summer snack!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 large ripe yellow peach*
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup whole milk vanilla yogurt (I like Stonyfield Organic)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the peach. Then, place the pieces in a bowl and mix them with the honey. Let the honeyed peaches sit at room temperature for a few minutes while you gather the popsicle molds and prep the yogurt.
  2. Stir the yogurt to ensure it is smooth and the liquid whey hasn’t separated.
  3. Alternate layers of yogurt and honeyed peaches in each popsicle mold. Leave ½ inch of headspace. Make sure you include all the juice from the peaches.
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze them for at least 4 hours, until they’re frozen solid.

Notes

  • If your peaches are small, use more than 1.
  • Remove the popsicle from the molds and freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
  • Release the popsicle from the mold by holding it under lukewarm running water for a couple of seconds. It will pop right out!
