Single Smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup ice

Full Pitcher

  • 3 cups fresh watermelon cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (unsweetened)
  • 3/4 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

Place all ingredients in the blender, with the watermelon closest to the blade. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, add an extra tablespoon of coconut water and continue blending. Serve immediately.
