Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese softened to room temperature

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons chives (fresh or freeze-dried)

Instructions

  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

For double whipped cream cheese: Refrigerate the prepared chive and onion cream cheese for at least 1 hour. Then, use a stand mixer to beat the chive and onion cream cheese on high heat until fluffy.

Storage: Store in a sealed container for up to a week in the fridge. A pint jar or a pint deli container works great.
