Instructions
- Muddle the watermelon cubes and lemon juice together in a heavy-bottomed cocktail glass.
- Pour in the simple syrup and bourbon.
- Stir well.
- Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a watermelon stick and serve immediately.
