This rum punch made with Bacardi & Myers rum will transport you to the Caribbean! The rum is mixed with pineapple, pomegranate, lime, and orange juice for a tart and flavorful tropical explosion.

Ingredients

2-quart pitcher

  • 1 cup dark rum (Myers)
  • 1 cup light rum (Bacardi)
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • Optional garnish: orange slices, maraschino cherries, lime slices, orange slices, pineapple slices

1 large glass

  • 1 ounce dark rum (Myers)
  • 1 ounce light rum (Bacardi)
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • Optional garnish: orange slices, maraschino cherries, lime slices, orange slices, pineapple slices

Instructions

  1. Decide whether to make a 2-quart pitcher of punch or a single serving to determine the correct amount to use.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice.
  3. Garnish with your choice of fresh fruit.

Notes

Make it sweeter: As is, this punch is tart and relies on natural sugar from the juices for sweetness. To add sweetness, add a splash of simple syrup to the single serving or ¼ cup to the pitcher. 

Use grenadine syrup: You can swap the pomegranate juice for grenadine. It will make the punch less tart and add sugar.
