Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 asiago cheese bagel
  • 4 tablespoons whipped chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 3 ounces sliced oven-roasted turkey breast*
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

Instructions

  1. First, slice your bagel in half and lightly toast it.
  2. Then, smear the inside of both halves generously with the cream cheese.
  3. Next, layer on the baby spinach, turkey, tomato, cucumber, and sprouts, and place the top half of the bagel on.
  4. Optional: Wrap the bagel sandwich in parchment paper and cut it in half using a serrated bread knife.

Notes

You can use any crunchy leaf lettuce in place of the alfalfa sprouts.

Try using leftover carved turkey or smoked turkey instead of the sliced deli turkey.
