- 2 ounces strawberry puree, chilled
- 4 ounces prosecco, chilled
Optional: strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the strawberry puree into the bottom of a champagne flute or coupe glass. Slowly pour in the chilled prosecco while gently stirring to combine. It will be fizzy.
- Cut a slit into the bottom of a fresh strawberry and place it on the rim of the glass to garnish.
Serve immediately.
