Honey tahini dressing with lemon is smooth, creamy, and easy to make. Perfect for salads and veggie bowls. Only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes.


Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to a jar, close the lid, and shake until a smooth dressing forms.


  • Storage: Use right away or store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake again before serving.
  • Make it vegan: Replace the honey in the dressing with maple syrup.
