This vibrant homemade grenadine is perfect for cocktails.
- 2 cups 100% pomegranate juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water (optional)
- Add pomegranate juice, sugar, and orange blossom water (if using) to a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Once it’s cool, transfer it to a glass container with a tight-fitting lid and store it in the refrigerator.
Notes
- It will last for up to 1 month in the refrigerator
- Regular granulated sugar, demerara sugar, or turbinado sugar will all work in this recipe.
