This vibrant homemade grenadine is perfect for cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 100% pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add pomegranate juice, sugar, and orange blossom water (if using) to a small saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  3. Once it’s cool, transfer it to a glass container with a tight-fitting lid and store it in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • It will last for up to 1 month in the refrigerator
  • Regular granulated sugar, demerara sugar, or turbinado sugar will all work in this recipe.
