An easy brain booster smoothie with blueberries, walnuts, spinach, and other plant-based nutrient-rich ingredients to support brain health.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup hulled walnut halves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • a tiny pinch of sea salt
  • *1 cup cold coconut milk (the kind from a carton)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Notes

*Or use your favorite milk or milk substitute. This will change the nutritional content.
