This blueberry cream cheese spread is light, fluffy, and perfectly spreadable. Try spreading it on bagels or using it as a fruit dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons blueberry preserves
  • fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the softened cream cheese and heavy cream to a large mixing bowl. Then, use a hand mixer fitted with the beater attachments to whip the mixture until it is smooth and fluffy.
  2. Last, add the blueberry preserves and whip until incorporated.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Top with fresh blueberries if you like.
