Pink Champagne Cocktail

A classic champagne cocktail with pink champagne for a chic spin on the original. Served with a sugar cube, Angostura bitters, and a cherry.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • 4 ounces pink champagne
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Chill your pink champagne.
  2. Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute or cocktail glass. Then, add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters directly on top of the sugar cube.
  3. Slowly pour 4 ounces of champagne over the sugar cube, then, drop a cherry in the glass.
  4. Serve immediately while the cocktail is cold.

Notes

Use regular champagne to make a classic champagne cocktail.
