2 dashes of bitters
4 ounces pink champagne
1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

Chill your pink champagne.
Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute or cocktail glass. Then, add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters directly on top of the sugar cube.
Slowly pour 4 ounces of champagne over the sugar cube, then, drop a cherry in the glass.
Serve immediately while the cocktail is cold.
