Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint Water

This gorgeous, non-alcoholic, hydrating, and refreshing cucumber water is perfect for serving at parties or solo sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint
  • About 6 cups of cold, filtered drinking water

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, lemon, and mint well
  2. Slice cucumber and lemon into rounds
  3. Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint sprigs to a 2-quart pitcher
  4. Fill the pitcher with cold water
  5. Chill at least 1 hour before serving

Notes

Refrigerate for up to 2 days. You can continue to top off the way as you drink it.
