A fresh cilantro lime crema with cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, and sour cream. Keep a jar in the fridge to use on everything. It’s the best creamy sauce for Baja fish tacos!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cotija cheese
  • 2 limes, juiced (about 4 tablespoons)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Keep refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 5 days. Shake or stir before serving.
