This creamy coleslaw uses a bagged slaw mix to save time. Toss it with a quick homemade dressing and serve it as an easy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 16-ounce bag of coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Whisk together everything except the coleslaw mix to make the dressing.
  2. Combine the dressing and the coleslaw mix in a large bowl. Stir with a long-handled spoon until all the vegetables are coated.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator. Use within 3 days.
  • If you want to cut the veggies yourself, use 6.5 cups shredded cabbage and 1 cup shredded carrots.
  • Use whatever kind of mayonnaise you prefer.
