Tomato and Brie Linguine

First, gather your ingredients.

basil

brie

tomatoes

garlic

olive oil

Peel and chop the brie cheese.

Core and dice the heirloom tomatoes.

Thinly slice the basil and mince the garlic. Add everything but the linguine to a large bowl.

Stir the sauce and let it sit at room temperature for at least an hour.

Cook the linguine al dente.

Drain the linguine then add it to the sauce.

Toss the linguine in the tomato and brie sauce.

Divide the tomato and brie pasta into bowls.

Almost ready!

Sprinkle on some parmesan cheese.

Serve it immediately.
