Tortellini Caprese Salad

First, gather your ingredients.

Dried cheese tortellini

Heirloom cherry tomatoes


Mozzarella pearls

Balsamic vinegar

Fresh basil

Extra virgin olive oil

Cook the tortellini al dente.

Rinse and drain the tortellini.

Cut up the heirloom cherry tomatoes.

Thinly slice the basil.

Add the tortellini, basil, tomatoes, and mozzarella to a bowl.

Drizzle in the olive oil.

Add the balsamic vinegar.

Sprinkle in the salt.

Give it a stir.

Serve it as a light summer meal or take along dish!
